And so, I have many things to confirm and settle.
1. Menu for solemnisation day (saturday)
2. Menu for Sanding (sunday). Have not made an appointment for their food tasting yet. And what are the little changes that I want in the menu. Urgh. Actually not me, but my mum.
3. Wedding favors aka berkat. My mum said she doesnt want anything that people just take and throw it at a corner of their house and forget about its existance. Something practical would be lovely, so people can actually use it and not waste my money.
4. Theme for my decor. I know i have already told them the colour that I want and all, but it's not finalised yet as i am still not sure of it. I dont ask for anything too fancy, i am not that type. I just want something simple yet really effortless looking. Get what I mean?
5. Finalised what or how will my bunga rampai be presented in. I mean, there are tons of ready made holders for bunga rampai, and again, like the favors, it's too generic and people dont really appreciate this things anymore coz it's too common. It is true, I dont keep them. In fact, I will, as much as posible, avoid getting one of those at others solemnisation. And so, that is why I'm thinking of diy-ing it. Hmmmmm. Still considering.
6. Confirming what are the flowers needed for my bunga sirih dara. Yerp, I'm an old school woman. I appreciate all this traditional stuff. Coz I've been helping around doing it. I know it is not easy to arrange flowers on that wood. Thus, I am proposing a very simple looking one. Not too big and fancy but yet very eye-pleasing. So you see, I'm really not that complicated.
7. My wedding outfit. We have already paid the deposit and narrow down a few choices of outfits but now I'm comtemplating. Suddenly I feel like I need to get the right one. Hey this is my one and only wedding. I may not be too picky in other things but when it comes to getting dress for the big day, I'm dead serious. There are 3 outfits to think about.
8. The DJ. There are a couple of suggestions here and there from family members. But I have to consider the $$$, ya know! Yea some are suggestions that involves celebrity hosts and professionals. But there also others that are more budget friendly but I've never heard of them. Need to make sure they get their work done as they will be the ones responsible to make or break the atmosphere.
And more. I'm really just too tired to type on this Minion and it keeps auto-correcting me. My laptop is.... Zzzzzz
